I commit to provide

Safety.

Your pet will not meet our dogs during their visit.

Knowledge, and frequent update of skills.

Regular updates for my own training and knowledge, and the safety of any pets in my care.

Quality, professional grooming products and tools, including the use of gentle and sensitive shampoos.

Patience.

Communication.

Grooming services as detailed in any documentation on this site or in any communication between us.

I always prioritise the needs of the pet, above all and in extreme situations will make a judgment if the groom needs to be paused or rearranged.

I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion and based on the following:

No Show’s (without timely communication / repeatedly)

Dangerous / aggressive or otherwise unsuitable dogs* – for the health and safety of all involved.

* Any behavioural issues must be discussed with me and I will be happy to work with you and your pet it is only in extreme situations that grooming may not be possible.

Prices are subject to change

Terms of payment are via cash / bank transfer and are due on collection of your pup.

It is owners responsibility to ensure all pets information is complete and accurate – your pet will be entering a home environment where other animals live.

I need to assess your pet’s temperament and needs prior to grooming.
